Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or engaging BuildClean Experts for any post-renovation, construction cleaning, or fine dust removal project, you (the "Client") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all homeowners, builders, contractors, and property managers utilizing our services.

BuildClean Experts provides estimates based on the property type, project size, and cleaning deadline provided by the Client. Quotes outline the specific phases of cleaning (e.g., Rough Cleaning, Final Cleaning, or Fine Dust Removal).

• If the scope of the project changes or if construction extends past the initial cleaning schedule, additional charges may apply.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• BuildClean Experts is not responsible for the removal of hazardous materials, large bulk debris, or specialized industrial waste unless explicitly stated in the agreed contract.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the site is fully accessible to our cleaning crews at the agreed date and time. For optimal post-renovation cleaning and fine dust removal, we strongly require that all active construction, tradeswork, and heavy installation be completed prior to our arrival.

If tradesmen are still operating on-site during the scheduled cleaning, BuildClean Experts cannot guarantee the total elimination of airborne dust, and subsequent cleaning visits will be billed as new service requests.

Full payment is required upon the completion of the cleaning project and the final walk-through, unless alternative billing terms have been established for registered commercial contractors.

We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Construction delays are common, but failure to notify our team of a site delay within the 48-hour window may result in a non-refundable deployment fee.

Our teams exercise extreme care when cleaning newly installed floors, windows, and fixtures. However, BuildClean Experts will not be held liable for scratches, dings, or structural damage that was concealed under heavy dust, paint overspray, or site debris prior to our cleaning process.

Any concerns regarding the quality of the cleaning must be reported within 24 hours of project completion so that our contractor support team can promptly address them.
