Eradicate Fine Construction Dust Completely.

Post-build dust settles everywhere. We extract it from your air vents, high ledges, and deep floor crevices so your property is truly breathable.

Why Fine Dust Is Different

Beyond standard cleaning

Standard household dust is largely composed of fabric fibers and skin cells, which are relatively heavy and easy to sweep. Construction dust—particularly from drywall, masonry, and wood sanding—is microscopically fine.

This fine particulate matter remains airborne for days and behaves almost like a gas, infiltrating closed cabinets, settling on vertical surfaces, and getting pulled into HVAC systems. A standard vacuum will simply exhaust these particles back into the air. We utilize HEPA-filtered industrial extraction to ensure it is permanently removed from your environment.

High Surface Cleaning

Ceiling Fixtures & Ledges

Because warm air rises, microscopic drywall and sawdust particles are carried upward during construction. When the air cools, this dust settles on the highest points of the room. We meticulously hand-wipe ceiling fans, pendant lighting, crown molding, and the tops of cabinetry.

Leaving these surfaces uncleaned means that the first time you turn on a ceiling fan or open a drafty door, a new layer of fine dust will rain down onto your freshly cleaned floors and furniture.

Light Fixtures

Intricate chandeliers and recessed lighting housings are magnets for static-charged dust. We use specialized dry extraction to clean electrical components safely without moisture.

Tall Shelving

Built-in bookcases and high shelving units are cleared shelf-by-shelf using micro-fiber tracking to ensure corners are spotless before you begin to unpack.

Vents And Corners

The hiding spots where standard household cleaning fails.

01

HVAC Vent Covers

When the HVAC system runs during or immediately after construction, the return vents pull dust into the ductwork, while the supply vents blow it back out. We remove and wash external vent covers and vacuum the immediate interior duct openings to prevent rapid re-circulation.

02

Baseboard Crevices

The tiny gap between your baseboards and the flooring is a prime trap for heavy debris and fine dust. We use precision crevice tools along every linear foot of baseboard, followed by a damp wipe to remove statically stuck particles.

03

Cabinet Interiors & Hinges

Dust easily penetrates closed cabinetry during demolition and sanding. We vacuum the interior tracks of drawers, the intricate hinges of doors, and the deeply recessed back corners of bottom cabinets to ensure a food-safe environment.

Floor And Wall Dust

Vertical & Horizontal Care

You might not notice it until the sunlight hits just right, but freshly painted walls often harbor a thin film of static dust. Washing walls requires immense care to avoid streaking or damaging the fresh finish.

We utilize specialized dry-sponges and microfiber flat mops to gently lift dust from vertical surfaces without introducing moisture that could activate drywall dust into a muddy smear. For floors, multiple dry passes with HEPA vacuums precede any wet mopping to ensure we aren't just pushing wet dirt into grout lines or wood grain.

When To Choose Dust Removal

Post-Drywall & Sanding

Drywall joint compound creates the finest, most pervasive dust of any construction process. If your project involved taping, mudding, and sanding, standard cleaning will not suffice. Our specialized dust removal ensures this microscopic powder is permanently eradicated before it damages your HVAC or irritates your lungs.

  • Eliminates respiratory irritants
  • Protects fresh paint finishes

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Sanding floors generates massive volumes of wood dust. While floor technicians clean the floors before sealing, airborne wood dust settles on window treatments, light fixtures, and walls. We come in after the floors have cured to tackle the secondary settling.

  • Clears window frames & tracks
  • Removes static wood dust from walls
